Do you have access to direct flights from China and Hong Kong?
Yes we do. Daily flights ex Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing to the UK.
Do you offer credit terms to all clients for airfreight shipments?
We try to. We have a very simple credit application form to complete and decision is made within 15 minutes of applying in most instances.
Do you have regular consolidations for import and exports?
From China, India and the USA, almost daily to the UK. From UK, we have regular consolidations to most destinations but less often. Normally 2 times weekly.
Do you handle your own customs clearances at all major ports in the UK?
Yes, we have electronic links to just about all UK ports so we can look after all of your needs from the same office.
